i dont get one thing , those spaces between lines of two concentric circles are empy or these are just symbolicly drawn ... field is all arround the wire with no empty spaces? like a tube of field arround wire?

Its part of Cal tech's Mechanical Universe Series. If you google the series they are all up for free online but the animations usually constitute 7 min. of the 30 min. episodes.
