  • @icehockeywarehouse After the blade on my wood stick finally split, I've been looking for an entry level composite stick for street hockey, how would the fiberglass blades on sticks like this the x 15 and the reebok 4k sidekick hold up on a rough surface if I taped them up to try to reduce how much its scraping on the ground?

  • @papasmurf413 They would break down really fast even with tape on them. I would recommend checking out the Reebok 3K and the Alkali CA3 sticks. Both have an ABS blade, good for outdoor use.

  • Happy 1000th video! :D And as usual, an exceptional review!

  • this stick or vapor x 15?

  • does it have a good grip? and would the senior 87 flex be good for 15 hockey player?+ how long is it?

  • @akumboo It has a standard smooth coating and a traditional feel with double concave shaft dimensions. The 87 flex might be a bit stiff for a 15 year old, but it depends on your weight. This stick is 60".

  • @icehockeywarehouse well i can bench like +65kg and i weigth around 80kg ?

  • @akumboo Yes, then the 87 would be fine for you.

  • @videogamefreaks101 Not sure of the exact material. We sell a shooting pad at our store called the SkillPad. You might want to take a puck to Home Depot and see what material slides best.

  • im 5' 8 and just getting into ice hockey how big of a stick should i get?

  • @paintinator104 You should get a Senior model stick. You will have to cut the stick, increasing the flex. Which flex to get is all personal preference. I would try an 85 or 87 flex to start. If you're skinny and/or not that strong get a 75 or 77 flex to start.

  • where can i find a good deal for under 50 dollars on a shaft and blade combo ?

  • @VideozOurWay Unfortunately there isn't anything that price from us. The lowest priced shaft we have is $65. The nice thing is that the shaft usually won't break and you simply need to replace the blade, which is usually around $20 or so.

    Erik at IW Hockey

  • could you use this outside ? because i would love a composite stick for on the streets.

  • @VideozOurWay I really would recommend against using this on the street. The composite blades just wear out too quickly. You should try a shaft and blade combo.

  • best backup stick ever

  • For a beginner, would you suggest the X15, X20, or the One20???

  • @arnold9203 Personal preference. The Vapor series is designed more for wrist shots, while the Supreme series is designed more for slap shots.

    Erik at IW Hockey

  • i just bought it its the best stick eva

  • what's better? the Bauer Supreme one20 hockey stick or the Bauer Vapor x15

  • @WeAreInfinite2 Personal preference. The Vapor series is designed more for wrist shots, while the Supreme series is designed more for slap shots.

    Erik at IW Hockey

  • is the one 20 better than the 0ne 55

  • @Fr3ak0ut97 No, the One30 would be a more comparable stick.

    Erik at IW Hockey

  • I have a x40 what's the deferents between it and a one 20

  • @SuperLeafsfan7 biggest difference is the flex profile. The supreme is an amplified mid, and the vapors have intelli-sense but are more of a low kick stick.

  • which ones is heavier? the one20 or one30?

  • @AnDrEnG1212 The One 20 is about 25 grams heavier.

    Erik at IW Hockey

  • this one or bauer one55?

  • @RuudVanNistelroy1 The One55 is a slightly higher level stick. The One30 is the more current model of that stick.
