We need more shows like these today. I swear, the youth of our generation are becoming more stupid by watching retarded shit like Gumball, Adventure Time, Regular Show, Fanboy And Chum Chum, Batman Brave And The Bold, and the new episodes Of SpongeBob. What we need now is more new superhero shows with good action and good morales. I wouldn't mind having a new StaticShock and Batman series with a dark tone, but a little comedy from time to time wouldn't hurt. Bring back Batman and Static.

Also, the bacteria was one of the ones that got serious physical changes, so there could be a static powered dog and it would not know how to recharge leaving it for the most part, unremarkable.
