If the humor of this video needs to be explained to you then you're hopeless. Still, I'll try to explain. It's funny for several reasons. First, disco is out of date, and considered very silly because of the tawdry clothes, platform shoes and puffed up hair that were the dance's fashion. Second, these people are middle aged, socially square, and their dancing is jerky. Third, the dance instruction is given in Finnish.
