i have a question... why do you have 4 channels on s4, when you cant use 4 channels and sample dask at the same time ??? becouse it only allowes you to use 2 channels and semple dask or 4 channels without sample desk...

its pointless....

love this unit. i had a play with one a while ago. now just waiting for mine to come in.. loop recording and such was one thing i wasn't 100% about and this has been really informative for me.. looking forwart to nightclub gigs with the S4

i set the sound to come out of my TV on the audio device tab, but now i cant hear anything thru my headphones . what should i do??

ok im using this program, but when i click the headphone symbol to list to the track before bringing it in it doesnt work, is there a sound setting? or any suggestions? cheers guys...

i know its not my soundcard etc as the old program still uses that feature fine :/

can you not control one loop on its own without affecting the other loops that are playing in the same sample Deck?

if i have a loop playing in deck A. and i the tempo sped up and the key lock is turned on. when i copy that loop into a sample deck, it copies the loop without the keylock. so the key doesnt match and it sounds like crap. is there a way to turn on keylock for the sample decks? or did they just not think about that when making it hahaha

but while we come to the issue of the mathematical equations number crunching software upon analysing some of my tracks for instance drum and bass is around 170 bpm

i see the same disease is carrying from previous versions of traktor if you notice the sample all so great at it is dosent offer key lock in the sample deck so when you put vocal into the sample deck be sure to listen to the keytracktor has it marked as 45 mmmmmmmmmmm so if your thinking about kontrol s4 wait to see if they actually do anything about these issues as they still cant be bothered to get back to me.

Question? Could I use the S4 as my main mixer and audio interface and have whatever devices I would have plugged into an Audio Kontrol plugged into this? I ask since this essentially has the Audio DJ 4 built in. Also, if so I'm sure I could sample whatever I'm doing on the S4 in my DAW correct?
