Yeah, the orange orange is actually a karaoke restaurant. Its usually booked for big parties, not really a walk-in dinning experience kind of thing.

you're allowed to stand and watch and they couldn't stop you from filming. they had certain areas tapped off but, outside of the tapes you can stand since it's on the sidewalks and it's public.

They converted two windows of the Stargazer Restaurant. That entire building is the Stargazer but they only used the two windows you see with the Orange Orange logos on it.

No, the crew was there setting up since 6am. I'm not really sure what time they actually started shooting.

No, unfortunately I only got to meet Zach. I saw Yvonne and Adam, but that was all, just see them.

Well the Orange Orange is another set, the inside of it at least. All outdoors scenes that they shoot are at location, the interior shots are sets.
