Hey there does anyone know how to make the jump which he couldn't make in video ? I've got both portals but no idea how i should make this last jump.

You gotta place a portal at the very top wall of the map where you start and on the ramp, go through the ramp and place a portal on the floor in the big room before you hit the floor, then place a portal on both sides of the top window so you fall onto the ground then end up on the other side of the then move towards the exit.
