It was a small relief to know it was likely to pass to the north of my location... two days later and we got to watch another tornado from work as it appeared to head directly towards us (much smaller but definitely more frightening!). It dissipated without touching down fortunately.

Sounds like the hail started to fall, eh? Very, very nice!! Watching for lightning would be awesome from your vantage point too I'd guess!!
