actually, you are right. How can you tap out a guy with no arms or legs. But in wrestling, they givepoints not just to arm bars, but to sidemounts, head locks, and more thigns rather than just to go for legs and arms and make taps. But in jui jutsu, it wouldn't be fair. But you are tight , i apllaud him for confindence and determination.
