  • I'm getting this done tomorrow and I'm realllly scared lol. I've never had stitches or anything and it's freaking me out

  • i have it real bad.

  • Wear your headgear. They have it for a reason

  • what causes a cauliflower ear?

  • @samanthvaickers friction between both sides of the ear creates a pocket the blood fills up. overtime it clouts and it becomes unable to drain. if you get it quick like in two weeks its usually fine. you can drain it which is simpler. but it comes back often. with this simple procedure they put a brosnan piercing which clamps the ear together. not allowing blood to once again fill up the previous space .

  • Not eating your Broccoli !

  • Needle is better

  • did it hurt? i have cauliflower ear too and i am looking for surgery

  • @The617Viet the numbed it up. the numbing hurt, and it was quite sore after, but they gave me pain killers for that.then my ear was as good as new. you can't even see the scar. they put what is called a "brosnan" piercing i believe . two keep the ear together. then i can tell my right ear now hangs just the smallest tad lower than the left bc of cartilage damage.

  • the mine it's too big

  • This really isn't "surgery" the dude doesnt even wear gloves when he is prepping.

  • Really informational. Thanks for posting! And the doc did a better job than just simple draining...

  • DOUBLE CHIN MR FRANK MIR

  • ive got it to from fighting when i was younger what can i do about it anything

  • y the hell u gonna pay like 300 bucks to go to the doctor and can drain it your self...asss

  • @hypemanshockful bc it was toooooooo clottedddddd.....assss

  • @hypemanshockful hah, u must be a retard

  • @hypemanshockful Yeah it really depends, not is it possible to do yourself.

  • @electronikita not always*

  • I suggest you just drain it yourself, because it will keep coming back.

  • will surgery repair it, or will it just going to come back?

  • @TruReligion87 If your still in that sport, most likely it well come back until you completely stop from that activitiy

  • @Tenzo777 ya i got it a little. but now i wear my headgear in practice wear in back then i only did in competition

  • can you still get that while using the ear protection crap thing??

  • @danydadude

    yes you can.

  • was it soft or hard already before surgery ?

  • @Ripas55 hard

  • i had this done.. it really sucks

  • oh man i hate doctors.

  • kind of pointless. Once that blood flow is separated from that cartilage it really can't be fixed. I would use a needle at home because it will keep coming back.

  • Biggest waste of time and money theres no need to cut into your ear thats going overboard

  • i just got this done yesterday. The novocaine is the worst part. Once the numbing wares out it hurts and now its swollen lol. i got mine from wrestling too haha

  • Doctors hate it when people record them they get very nervous and end up doing a better job!

  • looks like a dentist for ur ear

  • wow this would suck

  • i had this surgery done on both ears. what a waste, I still got lots of cauli in the end =[

  • @handsomegorilla same man but i didnt get cauli in the end because i drain it with a needle

  • damn he cut ur ear open

  • getcha summ....
