@interprezo2 Washington is not blaming Jefferson at all (Jefferson has little understanding of economics), he is asking how can Jefferson not remember the terrible economic situation that resulted from each of the colonies issuing too many bills of credit...Hamilton's plan calls for creating a National Bank and National Mint that will both create uniform money and regulate the markets so that hyperinflation will not occur again...which it still hasn't over 200 years later
