i saw in an documentation that the parents of the kids sell them to rich thais :( .... and let them beg in cities like krung thep(bangkok) and that p0li...e works together with these people(sry I dont know that word of that what I mean) that bring them out of cambodia !

Its just like in the movie Slumdog Millionaire. With what happend to Jamal, Salim and Latika. They were taken by an orphanages and then put on the streets with babys and patchs on thier eyes to collect money from theses kids. Sad and frustating for theses kids.
This is a common situation on the boarder town of Cambodia. I lived in Thailand for several years and sometimes went to see my monk friends in Siem Reap. Many of these kids beg and 80% are being exploited by their own parents! That's survival Cambodia.

Been there.Bought so much food for poor orphane Khmer kids I had little money left for me.There just to many of them.
