I don't like dumbbell's i prefer doing push ups and pull ups. Btw are muscles gained by doing pullups any diferent than the muscles gained from dumbbell's (i'm talking about strenght, do you get more strenght from pull ups or dumbbells?)
@taylor94woodcock it works back but you can feel it in the triceps slightly. i suggest using dips to do tris.. if you dont have dip bars use a table. hope this helps

LMAO dude I was really happy when I discovered I could bench press 100 pounds for 5 sets of 10 reps and now I see you lifting almost that weight, 80 pounds or so, just in one dumbell! wtf!
10 sets of 10 reps is ridiculous! If you can consistently lift the same amount of weight 10 times for 10 reps, obviously you aren't lifting very heavy weight. I've been strength building and building muscle endurance for over 2 years and I can tell you this, doing that will make you feel good and strong but won't do a damn thing. Do pyramid style lifting, 10, 8, 6. If you can easily do that, increase the weight until you're struggling. Thats how you build mass and strength.
@PriestShark74 There are many workouts that can be implemented with great results. The key is to change things up every 4 weeks or so in order to keep the body progressing.
hey hugo, jst want to ask, why are u doing chest and back, when normally u do chest and tri's as one day workout, and back with bi's on another day. this way, u work out the muscle which helps with the larger muscle, rather then doing two big muscles in one day? thanks
@TKPUNKEDBOY Absolutely! Try 10 sets of 10 of incline curls and then 2 sets of 10-15 of hammer curls. I've also done 10x10 of high pulley cable curls followed by 2 sets of 10-15 of reverse grip barbell curls
@Cookiez0rz The routine is set to do the 10 sets of 10 reps of each exercise. There are other variations of this routine such as 8 sets of 8 reps. You can also do 10x10 of the first 2 exercises shown here and not do the other exercises in order to shorten the routine.

One of the biggest body parts on your body are chest and back, it is absurd to do them on the same day...after you do a proper chest workout you CAN`t do back, or after doing a proper back workout you CANt do chest Im sorry if you feel you can you do not do them properly!
@batterycock its because he is super setting it with back with hardly any rest . i do 45 kg in each hand 6 reps but i rest for a couple of minutes at least .
This really helped me but with the concentration curls i can't lift the weight im doing without "swinging it or shifting my core position after about 3-4 reps, although what im aiming for is muscle mass and power i want to maximise my reps without losing weight of the dumbbell, any tips for how i can increase my rep count!?

@hooraySZ I have a few suggestions: Either get someone to help you up, use a pull-up assist machine, or worst case, use a pull-down machine. Options 1 & 2 are better as doing them will help you to immediately increase your pullup strength. If you just workout at home and you cannot do neither of options 1 & 2 then so another rowing motion. Best! HR

A lot of rubbish out there teach you to lift heavy weight in order to gain muscle mass well that is rubbish.if you do your bend press for 30lbs for 20 reps which you still can carry on and you stop you are wasting your time.Fixed reps fixed weight all are rubbish.Do as many as you can until you can't do it whatever it is 30lbs or 300lbs is the key to build muscle mass, and make sure you got enough rest and good diet.Push your muscle to the limit is the key not fixed reps or fixed weight.
on a p90x Video, The Guy said if you cannot do pull ups, Get a chair and put it beneath you, put your foot on the chair, and use that to help assist you up a little.
@hooraySZ do negative pull ups. jump and get your chin over the bar. hold it there for a second then slowly let yourself down focusing on squeezing your lats.

@2148BTown What I mean is that you do a set of incline press followed by a set of rows and then you will go ahead and rest. After the rest, do a second set of inclines with rows followed right after and then you get some rest. So as you can see, the no rest is just between the two exercises. I hope this clarifies.

@hooraySZ lmao your weak sike im jk just do curls and get biceps up and do back workouts and practice doing 1 over and over and try do do 1 in a half or sumtin i use to only beable to do 6 im at 12 now in a weak or two so thats what id do

A lot of rubbish out there teach you to lift heavy weight in order to gain muscle mass well that is rubbish.if you do your bend press for 30lbs for 20 reps which you still can carry on and you stop you are wasting your time.Fixed reps fixed weight all are rubbish.Do as many as you can until you can't do it whatever it is 30lbs or 300lbs is the key to build muscle mass, and make sure you got enough rest and good diet.Push your muscle to the limit is the key not fixed reps or fixed weight.

on a p90x Video, The Guy said if you cannot do pull ups, Get a chair and put it beneath you, put your foot on the chair, and use that to help assist you up a little.

@hooraySZ do negative pull ups. jump and get your chin over the bar. hold it there for a second then slowly let yourself down focusing on squeezing your lats.

hi hugo, i'm guessing all these routines are very efective but i'm guessin also the amount of years doing this influences a lot aswell. how many years have you been working out.? and also can you post a video how to get proper small tight ripped hips. is it due 2 some special exercise or just cardio ? thanks

Hey man just wondering when it says 10 Reps/10 Sets (No Rest) does that mean you do 100 Reps without stopping? I'm confused.

@1Aspades Yes...after incline and rows you do get some rest before you go to your next superset of inclines and rows. It should look like this:
Incline Press
go immediately to Rows
(rest)
Incline Press
go immediately to Rows
(rest)
continue until you have done 10 of 10 for both exercises.

@2148BTown What I mean is that you do a set of incline press followed by a set of rows and then you will go ahead and rest. After the rest, do a second set of inclines with rows followed right after and then you get some rest. So as you can see, the no rest is just between the two exercises. I hope this clarifies.
