Nice a lot of new cable variations I haven't seen before. After this week you should do a series on how to step up certain muscle groups. For example have a chest day, but what it would look like for someone who is trying to build up their upper chest more. Shoulders how to focus on still bring up all around shoulders, but focusing more on rear delt. Routines to bring up most peoples weaker muscles I think would be a cool series.

@stackindatpapa Depends on what your goals are. This program worked for me for years with INTENSE results. May be too much for others. This is a true BODYBUILDERS workout to get ready to step onstage brother.
One question why do all the bodybuilders use bad form, i mean they use momentum to do the reps they could do it slowly with lighter weight?
