Reason for William Lava being credited for music score even though he left production two episodes earlier is simply because this episode was produced before previous two episodes but was for some strange reason broadcasted after
Also, this is first episode in which music is scored by Walter Greene, who replaced William Lava, and he will continue to score music right until last episode
Walter Green did not "continue to score music right until last episode". The music for the 1978-1981 episodes (relased theatrically and broadcasted on TV) was scored by Steve DePatie, with reused cues by Doug Goodwin. Also, Goodwin scored music for "Extinct Pink".
This episode acctualy borowed idea from legendary Bugs Bunny cartoon Rapsody Rabitt, which was also produced by Friz Freleng. Biggest similarity is, of course, coughing member of audience who gets shot by someone on stage, conductor in this case. And yes audience member at end is Henry Mancini, who composed music but at this point he was no longer involved in production

"Rhapsody Rabbit" was produced by Eddie Selzer, not by Freleng.
Of course, Freleng directed.

@Spongebob1000 Yeah. It's incredible. He wrote the theme for the Pink Panther as well. Amazing.
