  • Use 100bs, and add a squat. Repeat for 8 reps. You've just done my 4 minute "running late for work, but want to get a quick pump", workout.

  • This is a great exercise....just avoid if you have low back issues, that's all. Just like there are plenty of ones to avoid if you have knee issues (i.e. diagonal lunge etc).

  • @Daniea3 This is actually useful as a corrective exercise if done with proper form. The reasons knee problems is different is because the knee is a joint not a muscle.

  • Thanks for this. I have never heard of a "Good Morning" before, but read about it in an article from Prevention (how to lose weight like a guy). I had to at least see pictures--it's so hard to go by a written description.
