This is a VERY sloppy version of Chavez's "Sinfonia India." One of the worst I've heard.
If you want to hear the best then seek out Eduardo Mata's recording on Dorian, Michael Tilson Thomas' on Argo (now Decca), and Enrique Batiz on ASV (also released in a box set of Mexican orchestral music on Brilliant Classics).

Sensacional video, la verdad la Sinfonía India me encanta y qué bien que la hayan subido.
Genial trabajo de los músicos venezolanos y de la directora en esta interpretación.
Estamos en el 110 aniversario del maestro Chávez.
