ok I have been TRYING to remember a movie I use to watch as a little girl(late 80's early 90's)...This little girl is in either her room or her brother's room,a nd she has his red ball cap that she "stole" and they end up going into the mirror? Did I dream this movie up? I think their Aunt or mom was sick and they had to bring back these special pills that would save her, and they ended up dropping them right as they came back through the mirror? Was I dreaming this? Anyone remember?

does anyone know this movie, it's about a girl with black hair and a blue dress and she meets these very short girls and each of them can do something with nature. like one of them can create storms, another can stomp creating earthquakes, and another can make flowers. and they got to go to this evil lady's castle, something like that.
