So can you explai how we can (when colouring) how clear those colors blurred that keep above others ? it can be only 30 seconds video,but if you can explain i thank you.

It's not the brushes, it's how you use them! Experiment! Find brushes and techniques you like! Pick a random tool and work with it, test it's limits, see what you can do with it! Fiddle with settings! Use colors you would never have thought to put together! Try making a piece WITHOUT using a blend tool at all! All these things can help you learn and improve your own technique, and evolve as an artist.

That's the sort of blending i'd love to do, but Photoshop can't do it. It's blending capabilities are crap. I've gotta get painter.

DO the brushes your using have a blending modes set on them? Looks like you painting each area with one color, yet the brushes produces multiple values as you paint. I dont know much about the brushes in painter, but in photoshop I would use the brush tools blending modes.
