Ok so what's the case of the appeal......What factor that she couldnt control made her calmly tell a fucking black guy in a parking lot that she was 5000% sure she wanted him dead. The tape is there for visual and audio has been scientifically analyzed and even THAT alone could prove she was the one there doing it.
