what a beautiful video! I hated the 5 stages of grief also. I also hated reading about grief in general. I thought no other grief was like losing a spouse because it totally turns you life upside down.  I lost my close sister and my parents right before my husband and it was not the same because my life never changed like it did with my husband's death. So I tell people please don't compare.
