Parallex - this is just the start of the whole regulation process - if you read the example on Craiglist, you'll see how even they are considered a "rogue" site by some corporate companies, just because they allow reselling of pre-owned products. Any rogue site could be completely banned from the US.

Thing is that the wording of the bill is so vaguely written that it CAN shut down Google just because you are able to search for and retrieve copyrighted material. So because people like to talk to each other about their favorite movie, tv show, musician and pretty much anything else on a public forum we need to be punished?
