hey jwsegovia... yes... thats how it works... the buttons send a midi-signal to ableton... and in ableton i can asign that button to nearly whatever i want :-)

is that keyboard what u call a midi and is it connected to ableton? is that how u get effects to work by pushing the buttons? pretty cool!
