and some one complaint that local people dont do anything to develop. as u know, the situation in our belove country is difficult. these due to many reasons, but the main thing is people still have lack of education. but someone whom has skill and willingness to build laos but live in elsewhere and just complain. i dont think it is fare to the one who lives in Laos at all
