If one jumps from that high up- they will kill themself- yet if they don't get out of the burning building in time they will die from all that smoke.

I live in New Iberia Louisiana. It is a good little peaceful town. This place that this happened at became the Oasis Golf Course. It is by the Bayou Teche. But now the place is no longer there. They teared the whole place down.

They shouldv'e immediately turned the drain pumps off! That's not funny at all, I have been terrified of pool drains since I was 2 years old (from what My mom told me). That boy must have been scared.

I love Rescue 911, and I thank you for uploading all of these videos. Hopefully CBS or whoever has the rights to this listens to all those who have signed the petitions and release this series on DVD...or at least on iTunes or something. Maybe they'll have to get William Shatner's permission as well, so that could be a hang-up in releasing the series.

I remember this episode from when I was a kid. Even then, I thought "Why would that kid stick his hand in the drain, was he stupid or something?"

But I was always scared of the pool drain. Not because of this episode, but there's just something about a big black hole in the pool that's kinda scary lol
