  • Is this the band Tinker's Moon who released a number of cover tunes in 1974 and 1975 on Polydor Records? They had a hit with the Bay City Rollers song "Shang-A-Lang".

  • right on!!!!! how about shang 'a' alang, i've still got the 45 by tinkers moon

  • right on!!!!!

  • I've been looking for a original Vinyl or even a Mp3 copy of Jim Sweeny's "It Ain't Right" from 1983-4. I remember hearing it a LOT on the old 14-K/92-K and KMOD back then.

  • Is that the mayor of Sand Spings on the drum kit?

  • Ahhhhhh, the sounds of Tulsa, T Town!! Memories of Whiskers and Nine of Cups. wow...

And at the best little place in NE OK to have a concert, I wonder this is at?!?!? :-)

Thanks for posting all your cool clips Walt. You don't know me but that buffalo of a brother of yours and I went to school together and partied hardy!!!

  • The guy on the keyboards at the beginning of this video is Jon Glazer. Jon is not a regular member of the Sweney/Campbell Band, so it was a real treat to have him sit in with them at our Labor Day party.

He's an amazing talent on the keyboard & vocals. He was nominated for a SPOT award last year, in the Jazz category.

    Thanks for posting the clip.
