How come you set the first frame rate to 30, then set it to 50 frames per second in the Quicktime settings window. Shouldn't they be the same?

I have one problem , when i go to Save and i have to choose a format to save it.. i cant find QuickTime Movie ... How to add QuickTime Movie into a Cinema 4D Format? Please reply on this comment because i cant solve this problem with Cinema 4D
