Racism does hurt ..but the most of Jah children know better today. It's always surprising to ones still against Japeth Rastas while Selassie spoke out against racism continually. Babylon's falling tho ;)
i cant help but cry. my all-time and only reggae group. the last time i inquired of them from a friend was in 1990 and could not get any news.i thought the band was out of existence. then by chance i came across dis clip which also happen to be one of my favourites. oh my god!
pt.2)to see?you can hate me for my color but i love you and won´t even stop loving you-as it is foolish to answer to racism with racism!see who is the real downpressor-the evil himself-the father of all babylonians, used the slavedriver as tool.JAH created i an i because he has so much love to give-and we shall follow him!why do we say"true rastaman"if there wouln´t be a false rastaman existing?the true rasta keeps JAHLOVE in his heart for all mankind at any time!peace and love to everyone!
hey you KDubRollerblader (and chambaby)-this is my second answer to your racist comments: don´t read and trust all reports written by man hand- read JAH holy book itself and you will see that being a true rasta is a thing in i and i heart! if you do not love and respect the great works of JAH hands- the black man and white man- you do not love and respect the CREATOR HIMSELF! racism is a finger on the hand of the evil! please don´t take his hand my brother! can´t you see or don´t you want
I've never heard of a yut before....whatzat? young underage terroriser :)
I went to see them in 80s at a CND march in London, was very disappointed they refused to play due to low numbers....waited about 20 years before catching them at Eden, fanbloodytastic!!
They seems to have played a lot in Wales over the years, just wish they'd come back a bit more. One of the best live reggae bands. I'm not sure where the venue is, could be wales...

If white people just did a little reading about rastafari, i bet they wouldn't be going to rasta concerts........One of the key focuses of Rastas is on Afrocentrism. They teach that Africa, in particular Ethiopia, is where Zion, or paradise, shall be created. As such Rastafari orients itself around African culture.
Rastafari holds that evil society, or "Babylon" has always been white dominated, and has committed such acts of aggression against the African people as the slave trade.
I think they just like the "exotic" sound and don't worry much about the meaning of what they're watching. And if they have, it makes them forget their guilty conscience.
Those people bought their ticket and it's this money that alloweded them to keep on recording. One has sometimes to know how to use the system one's fighting against sometimes ...
if white people opened their f'ing eyes to history, they might begin to appreciate the meaning of the African diaspora, in human terms.
"Babylon" HAS always been white dominated. it always has, in IS STILL committing acts of aggression against African people (and ALL people) COUNTLESS and continuing acts. that's history. and present. not some rasta fantasy. you live in babylon, fool. look around you! WORK JOB. WATCH TV. PAY RENT. PAY FOR FOOD. SHUT UP.
@boywbrownhare lets be honest, to start segregating Humans by Skin Colour, ie -" if white people opened their eyes etc" is just pushing the Babylon agenda, divide and conquer is the agenda, HUMANS need to open their eyes, regardless of how much sun their skin can handle. African American Rap culture promotes the Babylon system more than any other music culture today, skin has got as much to do with it as the colour of my eyes. Peace and Truth on Earth, watch the Zeitgeist movies and be educated

@Martyblue74 yes, racism hurts, who feels it knows it :´(
JAH will judge us ALL, EVERY knee shall bow…. the work of the flesh is hatred, the fruit of the spirit is love and whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap… righteousness for the righteous ones
Saw them in '81 school of african and oriental studies gig - they played with a girl band - 'sisters of ... invention [?] maybe - can anyone help? (By the way - those of you taking the piss out of the white people remember that they do make up a good 25% of jamaica's population - it is not funny to take the mickey out of minority groups!)
You are either spoiled by this system- full of hate, aggression or you are free and full of love. People often came back from work and are full of frustration- if you don't live good you are owned and frustrated!
