@wightsparky Max's eye looks like it has a subconjunctival hemorrhage which is a burst blood vessel in the eye. It is typically harmless and takes two weeks to clear.

It can happen as the result of a cough, sneeze or pusshing a poo to hard. He should also make sure his stress level is not too high as that can be risky.

"Monetizing the debt" is the wrong reasoning for hyperinflation. Rather it's monetizing derivative contracts.

Money is debt ~90% of it is. If the banks fail, whatever debts they hold get erased and the money supply shrinks. So when money is printed to "forgive" the bad debts, there is no net increase in money supply.

Derivatives, however, are a different story. The big fuss at the Federal Reserve is individual banks fighting over who should be bailed out and who should fail.
