First of all, the eagle is a copy of the SL Benfica's eagle, that flies around (inside of) the stadium in every home match. Copy cats is more like it... Secondly, I wish the damn person who filmed it had streadier hands - got a head ache just trying to keep my eyes on the babes... ; )

@zawanda766 @lyssajadesimpson the old crystals were an odd choice at Palace. A place where the regular palace fan is a man in his thirties and onwards. I worked at palace for three years and when the old crystals used to come on there was always an awkward 'we dont know where to look' feeling. It was almost innapropriate. The old crystals were not the best gymnasts too, I must have seen their dance routine to 'Car Wash' hundreds of times. Many palace fans wanted the cheerleaders like West Ham.

The eagle is awesome! How long has cheerleading been a part of football matches in the UK? As a Palace fan from Australia, all I can say is I hope this cheerleading shit gets the arse before I make my way over there to see a game live of the mighty eagles! Otherwise I'll be hiding under my seat pre game due to embarrassment ( also, not to mention having to tame a savage erection in public)

No harm in having pretty girls who are of Legal viewing age to brighten up a day! Plus they are not totally bad at dancing either.
