Great Video... I would only suggest some wire lath or hardware cloth 1/4 X 1/4 to repel moles.

On the bottom, I mean... Before adding the soil. You could maybe staple it to the bottom of the frame of "the cold box"... I love the video, and will build one myself... I happen to have an old 8 pane wood door that would be perfect...

I have been thinking about doing this I used to garden all the time .You have some very good videos here.Put your screen name in your tags.If some one google related videos you should show up!:)
