No one is copying anyone, they just have some similarities. And performances like this are tributes! Copying is another word for plagiarism, which is illegal. Wow look at all tha haters...this performance was back in 2006 when Chris was only 16 and just starting his career...who wouldn't be nervous to perform such a huge song for one of the most famous entertainers of all time!
