At what point in the video would the driver be justified in shooting the man with the tire iron? I ask this in all seriousness because you have to know what the law is in your state. I would say when he hit the drivers side window he showed intent to do serious injury to the driver. He didn't (as far as I can tell) but that is irrelevant.
