Old elevators are pretty fast. New elevators needs a lot of time with Running, leveling, doors open etc.

that was a fun race. 500m should be the 10th floor in regular numbering. 100 = 1st floor, 100m = 2nd floor, ... . riding the old elevator would be funner.
