  • you need some fat on your body for health its not completely bad you know it keeps you warm and it is stored energy, fat people are unhealthy of because the sugar intake they have is to high not the fat so 5 pounds more and you can start to risk your health you need SOME fat to stay healthy its a common misunderstanding that fat is what makes people unhealthy infarct its the sugar that blocks the access to the proteins and energy to the fat in other words their body relies to heavily on sugar

  • @pencilmuncha include protein in your diet (always eat healthy - "hunters and gathers diet") and exercise regularly. never go below your daily amount of calories (but of course never go over your daily amount either).

  • @fireerik thats a pretty ignorant statement. if she states that shes 5'8 then thats what she is and people hold their weight differently based on genetics and the fact that EVERYONE IS NOT THE SAME. im 5'8 and weigh 180 and my shape is very similar to hers

  • You should probably work on toning at the weight you are now. You should not have below a BMI of under 18.5%. So beware that you should probably think about stopping your weight loss at this point. I'm 5'2 and 115 is a good weight for me. You are 5'8. Be careful.

    There are no tricks or quick weight loss solutions. It's about time, patience, hard work and a life style change. Instead of grabbing a bag of chips for a snack for example, grab a handful of grapes. Watch your portions, eat your veggies, avoid a lot of sugar and fat, and drink lots of water. Do about 40 minutes of cardio a day followed by some muscle toning exercises. It takes hard work and dedication, but if I can do it and this woman can do it, so can you.

  • @abryant109 The good thing about being so young is that you have the resources to get active.

    Join a sport in your school. If you're in high school, junior varsity is pretty easy to join, and you don't have to necessarily be all the great starting starting out. Try running, soccer, tennis, anything! That way you knock out three birds with one stone -- you get into shape, you make a lot of great friends working towards the same goal, and you can put it on your resume for college.

  • hi!I don't know if you are still working on this. I would assume you are ha. But I found a fantastic workout on youtube. It is INCREDIBLY dated, but it works better than anything I have done before. Check it out.

    Search Jane Fonda Workout Advanced (or beginner if you aren't as coordinated i guess. I just do advnaced because.. it's advanced haha. )

    Its definitely like 1980s workout, but it burns like CRAZY! I love it, i did it twice yesterday and I have never felt so good about my body in a day.

  • @dracoluver455 Hi, I really enjoyed pilates and yoga. At the gym (I didn't exert myself much) I did cardio stuff for about 45 min- using machines like the Cross trainer, cycle, and running. Also did a little weights- lower and upper body. I'm no expert- so I recommend asking people at a gym. Gym is very expensive though- so if you're on a budget I recommend in investing in a good 2nd hand bike. Cycling is fantastic for weight loss and in real life it's much easier to clock up the km !

  • @roxygurl08 I lost weight like this, I was on the dukan diet, But i think it's more of a mind set.

  • @roxygurl08 Sounds boring but being healthy. I looked at the diet guidlines in my country and as a result increased more vegtables and fruit in my diet. I found eating 3 meals a day worked well. However, I also reduced my carb intake (especially white carbs) which really helped me lose weight. To be honest though found the exercise most useful in the 6+ months it took me to lose wieght. You will have ups and downs- keep trying :)
