@jayner2020, the flooding is getting worse by the hour. Downtown Binghamton is off limits to any car or any person. All the bridges in Binghamton area are closed until further notice. 2006 flooding was the largest in 100 years but this will be larger and more devastating than in 2006. Route 17 is closed, some sections of I-81 and I-88 was closed due to mud slide. Binghamton University cancelled all classes since 3PM yesterday and we expect that the classes will be canceled tomorrow as well.
Upstate had a flood, thats crazy.
