1. Anything to do with health-care must be non-profitable. It can be well run organization but has no profit-motive and run under low-cost - hence it attracts top talent who is highly passionate. The organization type includes hospitals, healh insurance, research in pharma & biotech.
2. Citizens can't completely rely on their govt to prove their all healthcare needs. Govt can't support individual's need because it will not the same for 2 people.
