Ross's Kinney Services owned parking garages and funeral homes... but not Kinney Shoes (which was owned by Woolworth). Kinney became Warner Communications in a couple of years.
I made an altered version of this logo; everything that's yellow is peach, everything that's brown is red, and in the rectangle it reads "A TIMEWARNER COMPANY"

After they changed their corporate name to Warner Communications, they redesigned the logo into the "abstract W" that was utilized for the next dozen years or so, before reviving the "classic WB shield"...

Steve Ross bought WB/7Arts from Eliot Hyman...

Does anyone know if this was the logo used on "A Clockwork Orange"? All prints I've seen of it are plastered with the 90's clouds logo.
