I became very ill after consuming soy some time ago which contributed to other problems that developed. If given to babies its known to interfere with male development, etc. I would say coconut milk is better.

I make my own with Shea butter and black soap mixed together, Dr. Bonner castile soap and EO( a must either tea tree or peppermint 10drops) Distilled water. cut up the black soap and add it the bottle with a small amount of Dr. Bonner soap. The whole grains breads should not be enriched wheat flour it is not healthy. Pepper ridge farms now make bread without sugar.
Great video. But it is funny how the images promote healthy food, and the audio may cause cravings. : ) Eating well, taking vitamins, buying a shower filter, and using good quality products has made my hair so healthy. It's also helped my skin as well!

i've been drinking a protein shake (with milk) and eating wheat germ in my oatmeal every morning. i was eating broccoli all last week, too. and of course chicken and eggs.
i had immediate effects (less shedding), but i don't think they'll be longterm. my problem is that i don't like to eat much. a meal for me is a bowl of cereal or a packet of oatmeal. a boiled egg. small plate of broccoli. bread and butter. i eat a max of four of these so-called 'meals' per day.
i've been taking msm powder daily since may with minimal effects. i wanna take a biotin supplement, but i'm too broke. LOL.
while i'm out today, i'll pick up some canned salmon, broccoli, aloe vera juice, walnuts, and perhaps some spinach and a fruit salad (i don't care for fruit that much, although i snacked on some blueberries sunday). let's hope i can eat this stuff, hahaha.
your hair needs vitamine b.. that makes your hair grow and stay healty if you don't drink or eat much of vitamine b, you will get really dry, damaged hair

very good video^^ this really helped! i used to bleach my hair blond and it was very long then (about 5 months ago) i cut it like on my shoulders...and made it my own color again dark brown..i was so sad had so much regret cutting it so decided to let it grow again now it grow like 30 cm in 5 months =D I don't use unhealthy food anymore and eat vitamines what i'm saying is this works =)
you know what helped with growing my hair? Zinc its a vitamine and lots of B vitamines but don't just eat it as food but as capsules...works as a charm =) Not saying that healthy food isn't important! ;-)

@jignaeri - You are so right. Soy and corn are two of the most industrialized agricultural crops in this country. I stay away from GMO foods. Whenever, the big chemical companies, Dow, Monsanto et al are involved and government is subsidizing these commodity crops for animal feeds, fuel sources, etc., you know something is terribly wrong! I no longer do soy. I opt for nut milk instead. I'm just saying, buyer be informed and beware.

biotin- nuts, and peanut butter has an especially high level of biotin
b12- nutritional yeast and fortified soy/almond/rice milk and of course vitamin supplements, which everyone should take, vegan or not
