She didn't butch the song. It's a cover which include different styles. There were only a few places where the notes were a little flat but even the best artists go flat. It's very easy to detect the critics that haven't an ear for voice. She's got a great R&B style with great portamento in the right spots. Now if you wanna talk about the keyboard, have at it. I'm more into the person and their voice.
