her nose looked way better before surgery and even after the swelling went down it made no difference to her attractiveness,she was cute before ,shes cute now only shes wated a small fortune.

In all honesty, do you wish you never got it? It seems like it took a lot of work and pain for you to get it right and to be honest with you, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I just got a big nasal bone spur and my inferior turbinates removed earlier today and I was offered a rhinoplasty too...and the problem is...you know what you have, not what you don't. I wish you the best of luck

I hope the swelling went all the way down on this nose and it looks semi-natural in the end. It looks like it will always be a little swollen looking though. I can also see noticable asymetry in the tip.

In this vid it looks like she got hit it the nose with a bat.

Hi, do you have any recent photos of yourself? I had a revision rhinoplasty & the implant shifted. The doctor had to realign it one month after the surgery. I had the surgery in Oct. 2009 then the realignment in Nov. 2009. My nose looks asymetric now & I hope this will go away. The doc used a cadaver rib cartilage implant.

@pattinyc510 he should have used your own cartilage where possible if he was any good.I had an implant with swelling that didnt subside for 2 years,thats a hell of a long time to not know if it was worth it.I wouldnt do it again
