It was really, really good.. intonation and vibrato was perfect. But the song is not that fast! And you're a little to harsh, and watch out on tempo changes, this is a very dramatic and beautiful song <3

You might try using third position instead of open strings more often. This would make the sound much more gentle. I mean, your intonation is pretty good, but to me it sounds a bit too harsh. I kind of miss the soul in it.

The first two lines and all of the portions that are similar to it, you should play more at the balance point and then go back to the frog for the second portion, like it says right there in the book.

a few suggestions, play it a tad slower and with a metronome because you have a tendency to rush. also, practice it slower so you can really hear your intonation because it can still be much better. last one, play it more in a romantic style because dvorak is romantic.

you have a great tone, and i can tell you have confidence. you're a good violinist, keep it up!

Agreed. it's a bit slower than this man, but other than going a bit fast you are an amazing Violinist (of course you probably already know this). I love this piece, it's one of my favorites, not only to listen to but also to play :)

when you play the 16th notes play it little slower and after the 16th note whre you play the long note, that not is actually a lot longer so hold on. I remember it being about 6-8 beats.

Do you have the music or are you just playing by ear? A lot of notes are slurred that you didn't slur, and some of the notes you didn't hold out long enough. And maybe more dramatic dynamics would be nice. Your intonation and vibrato are very nice, though!

this piece is suppose to skip and tra la la XD so the tempo is slow but it has a fast feeling to it, your tempo is fast and has a fast feeling to it. if you listen to the piano play it (one by golden homes or golden piano one of those has a great track on it) you can hear what i'm talking about

Your tempo is too fast and you dont hold some of the notes long and at .41 there is a dramatic change of the tempo so try to make it the same tempo. Overall it was great.

really good overall. Whatch your tempo though, you're rushing in the begining and not holding out the half long enough. Also watch the accidentals. And lastly make sure your fourth finger is in tune with your open strings. Good job!

ViolinSpieler, good job overall and excellent job paying attention to intonation. By the way, you make a good point when you said you really enjoyed practicing it. Although I'm not a fan of the Suzuki Method, I believe it allows students to enjoy making "real music" while they are building technique. Just don't forget about Sevcik and Kreutzer, and you'll be just fine!
