Wow..I was just about to go to a Nokia service centre tomorrow (again, after last year) for the creaking sound on the lower left corner of my keypad. When I went there last year they only showed me another N82, and told me that's normal. I didn't believe them then but after seeing this video...
I know three people that have (had) the N82, me being the fourth, and only one was problem free. Mine had the sticky key sound when pressing right on the dpad or near the C button.
i have a n82 too and mine phone have the same sound..=(

try to press the right d-pad..check if the right d-pad has the sticking sound..

its just ok..because the keypad ko the n82 has the metal plate..not like the other nseries phone..

It's f-ing true. I've got a n82, black one. Sound is not so irritating but still makes me very disappointed with this manufacturer :-(

No this video isn't fake. I performed this little test on three brand new N82 devices. They all creaked the same way.

if you pull out the plastic cover i think it will resolve your squeeking problem.
