  • Looking STRONG! Just wondering if you ever considered tucking your legs back a little more. I can see leg drive with it as is but just from the camera angle and your build I'm wondering if you might get more drive if you tucked more?? Whats your thoughts??

  • @legendofjd3 Yea I think taking the week off(it helped me) caused me to get out of my groove, but next week i should be okay :)

  • Nice! I'm glad to see one of us is making progress lol. I hurt my lower back today doing deadlifts :(

  • @surtursfire :( Im sorry to hear that brother! I wish you a healthy and quick recovery my friend!

  • @PANClifter Thanks man. I don't think it will be too harsh, I think just a week or so of rest and stretching will do it. Have you ever had any issues keeping your lower back tight/not rounding? Or do you have any advice on how to get more lower back strength before I start on the lifts again?

  • @surtursfire I havent really had any issues with my lower back(knock on wood) but a good way to stretch your lower back would be doing supermans. What you do is lay down on your stomach put your arms out in front of you(just like superman) and bring your arms into the air like you're going to fly upwards. Remember, just think of how superman himself actually flies when doing this so you can get the character image of how to do it

  • @surtursfire you could also look 'supermans' up to see how its done too :)
