Looking STRONG! Just wondering if you ever considered tucking your legs back a little more. I can see leg drive with it as is but just from the camera angle and your build I'm wondering if you might get more drive if you tucked more?? Whats your thoughts??
@pingpong49426 I would say I would have to agree with you. Im always looking for feedback and any help I can get. Thanks for the tips, It's defintely something I will try working and improve on.
@kirch2009 Those are really kind words man, to be considered a future Derek Poundstone, but I have a long road ahead of me and a lot to learn before I am in the same league as him
@HHH396 Hey thanks man! Next week is 415 for 3 sets of 2, so i like it that the reps are finally dropping! and concentrate more on the form and power!
@a19patrol Thanks man! My body just felt drained and I didnt want to force my body and risk anything. I just needed to rest and recover, but im back :)
LOL... dude watching you on the 2nd set like "holy shit, that's a ton of weight" Awesome sets by the way. The 1st rep on the 2nd set... you absolutely smoked it. Looked like you were set up nice and tight. Thumbs up man. :)
@PANClifter Thanks man. I don't think it will be too harsh, I think just a week or so of rest and stretching will do it. Have you ever had any issues keeping your lower back tight/not rounding? Or do you have any advice on how to get more lower back strength before I start on the lifts again?
@surtursfire I havent really had any issues with my lower back(knock on wood) but a good way to stretch your lower back would be doing supermans. What you do is lay down on your stomach put your arms out in front of you(just like superman) and bring your arms into the air like you're going to fly upwards. Remember, just think of how superman himself actually flies when doing this so you can get the character image of how to do it
