I became very depressed and suicidal in fall of '09. I have tried suicide twice with pills. Each time I woke up. This amazes me because I took close to 100 sleeping pills. I woke up in a seizure, shaking violenting but alive. They put me in the state mental hospital and coerced me into getting ECT, electroconvlusive therapy. It helped a little but I still do not want to live. I tried to buy a gun but was denied because I was in the mental institute.

Two books come to mind, Soul Stories and Dancing Wu Li Masters by Gary Zukav. The second one was too much for me to finish(quantum-took me deeper then I was ready to go), those combined with the law of attraction have made the world an incredibly interesting place for me. Brian Tracy has good stuff too.

@s8terblood11 It will happen soon enough. Suicide is difficult, especially when they won't sell me a gun. Method is not absolute. It can be impure. Thought is required. Sometimes I call a "hotline" at night. It helps get me through the night. I suppose this does the same thing so I post here. Don't reply back and I will not post but people reply so I reply. I stopped going to the therapy sessions so I guess this is a substitute. You can ignore. I want to know the Truth.

@JayGatsbyOdysseus Cool man, in a nicer tone I want rephrase my point. There is a lot of good music out there that I've found depresses the hell out of me, as good as it is, I don't listen to it. Two books come to mind, Soul Stories and Dancing Wu Li Masters by Gary Zukav. The second one was too much for me to finish(quantum-took me deeper then I was ready to go), those combined with the law of attraction have made the world an incredibly interesting place for me. Brian Tracy has good stuff too.

My mother - the person I loved the most and was closest to ran away to a forest and overdosed, they found her 9 days later. It's so terrible, to live with it, and to live with the guilt and sorrow. I've wanted to do it for a long time, but haven't for other people. Mum was 57 years old, I told her if she needed to she could, I would love her just the same. I hope your depression is something you can escape.

This is a question for the other side. Many people think the world will end in the winter solstice 2012. So, maybe we all die together. Theoretical Physicist Micho Kaku says we must move to a different universe through a worm hole or die. I do not think I will be around for such a move. I am glad I had no children.
