first shot was solid--good racket accel...1:30, too; and 3:10. you're smackin' the ball around every point almost! the one at 3:00 had the most vicious movement of them all.
your friend had a great response to your approaches on 1:10. was his passing shot in?
@darbocity Thanks for the kind words, Brad! I was trying to smack it around every point, but now I also realize I need to get a little more angle on my server returns and to clear the net a little higher for safety and to get the ball deeper, like in that 3:00 one you mentioned. Ken hit a great passing shot at 1:10 and it was definitely in (I wasn't covering cross enough). Also, his lob at 3:07 was also in! Nothing more I could do. lol
@hawaiidispenser you bet, mang. low is really important for doubles (1:30--perfect). i think there was good pace and direction on all the returns put in. that lob was crazy. i like that bh slice approach u hit2. it was really a nice ball--angle asked him to go waaaaay into the alley for it--he game up with the goods! that other bh slice approach before ken hit his winner was that same kind of shot. i love that kind of short chip that really gets 'em on the run. what a shot, though!!
this whole game you only really hit one shot off. that's great accuracy while still hitting heavy shots.
