yeah they just formed run kid run, which is also awesome. they just had the bassist play rhythm guitar and got a new bassist. Some of my friends went to college with the bassist of run kid run. :)

Yeah, my old band(Working Class Threat) played with them too down in their hometown of Carmi. I also met One-21 when they stopped in my town quite a few years back. I got to know them pretty well as my guitar player is the one who set up the show. Miss those guys a lot. My last Cornerstone was the last one One-21 were at. I haven't heard a lot from Run Kid Run, but I'm sure they rock.

skillet967, I heard that Tooth and Nail records made them change their name, according to what I heard they needed to make them selves sound more mature. Run kid Run doesn't sound to different but their style has slowed down a bit, still good just slower.

This is one of my Favorite "christian" bands just like RKR, there are so few actual bands that still have the Christian message and are not just Christian's in a band. The mid 90's had a lot fo great bands with a great message but thats hard to find now.

yea, Run kid run and sidewalk slam are the exact same band. actually my bands producter recorded these guys. He probably recorded this song as a matter of fact, and they sent it to tooth and nail along with $800 for a record deal and they made them change to Run kid run.
