Helio Ocean Problems

I have a helio ocean and my screen is blank i cant see nothing and i cant call out. when someone calls me all i can do is answer the phone and hang up. I cant even see who's calling me or my text messages. I cant even see the menu or home screen. HELP!!!!!!! A.S.A.P.

Just call helio and say your "internet won't work" and keep on saying no it still doesn't work no no no no no and no. until they say I'm going to do a hard reset. And after that EVERYTHING will work.

This thing is a turd. I'm on my 4th Ocean in 10 months. The display either goes out, the phone permanently locks up, or the dial pad becomes unresponsive. It's a shame, too. The Ocean is a great phone when it works.

Pressing 5 buttons at once doesn't help... I always love seeing videos of people complaining about a electronic "breaking" and then you see them smashing at it.. idiots.. Some applications take some time to load.

Mine freezes up and does stupid stuff like that a lot! I can be scrolling through my pics and it will just freeze and reset itself. It can be really slow too. For being a phone that is trying to compete with the iPhone it has a lot of not so great things about it. You can't even really customize it. custom ringtones have to be .mmf which suck and are really quiet and the only other thing you can change is the screen which can't be full screan if it's your own pic. & bluetooth doesn't send files.

Maybe you can complain to support and get a new cellphone. I read that other people got new ones with no problems. There is always a chance of getting duds with electronics. I hate when that happens.

I have the Heat and at times it freezes up on me, all I do is remove the battery and start over. It's not a big deal =\.

If you pay attention in the beginning of the video, he was coming from the Menu, so he could have easily have just locked his phone to make it appear as if the screen locked up on him....And...If the phone really frooze on you dude., when you used the duel slide, it wouldn't have switched screen view. It would have stayed like it was when you first started pushing buttons..LoOl..Idiot

Call Tech Support. Freezing on some Oceans can be completely resolved by restoring to factory defaults. They will guide you through it.

Helio ocean (and other phones) will malfunction if you use phone-cases with magnets lid~ sometime longterm expose to magnets can cause touch-screen on PDAs to stop function

Try to place a magnet near your ocean and your ocean may become confused and swap from landscape to potrait, and vers ~ (FYI only, don't to try it if you love your phone)
