@dieseldog00 It's ultimately owned by a large commodity shipping company called Louis Dreyfuss (150 years old) who have deep pockets. They wanted to get into passenger shipping so its going to be a long haul. Cheers.
This ship is rubbish compared to the Norman spirit and the Norman leader. I have been on NS and NA and NS is much nicer. The new Norman Leader will be even nicer than all LD Lines' ferries put together.
im of to buolonge with school not next thursday but the thursday after the first grup wenr rhis thursday and we set of from schoool at 10pm and have 6hours oon the caoch and then we get on the feri sooo its a long jurney
I booked with LD Lines on thie route recently - the service was great, and the fare way lower than the others. Had to get there early but that's OK with me.
The ferry was not even close to 50% full how can it make money??

is the aft deck always exposed? seems like there no water tight doors and the cars are just exposed to the sea?

@jjbrien The back is open but when my car was right at the back not a drop of seawater landed on it. Its set quite far back in.
