you never seem to get too much fall out.... how do you do that? I've tried various techniques of packing the powder on as opposed to brushing, etc.... but always seem to get fall out - ESPECIALLY with the darker shades!

a couple things.. using a base really really helps the shadow stick to something on the eye. even if you just use UDPP, i suggest a base, but usually i'll use UDPP and a paint pot. the main reason though is probably that you're picking up too much product on your brush. i think it's really common, but a little product goes a LONG way when you're using good stuff. after you've picked up the product on your brush, flick your wrist a few times to get off anything that may just be sitting there..

I think that maybe you should have only done a bright bright red lipstick and possibly a light shade of blue on your eyes. I find that the two colours are way too over the top for each other, and yes yes I know it's a fourth of july look, but I still find it a little too over the top.
